Triple H would be like Tommy. Most reasonable person on Maple Street he is well known for his actions and his attitude. He is a practical joker and does some stupid stuff. Always fouling around.
He would be serious at the time he wanted to be. This is why I pick Triple H as Tommy.

Your explanations are good and you have your citations, but I don't think the picture of Tommy is a good choice. Tommy was a little boy who wore glasses.
